What's the difference between micro, macro, and Uplift?
Attune Micro is sub-perceptual, for every-other-day doses. Ascend Macro is perceptual, for full-day intentional sessions. Uplift is heart-centered, designed for relational and intimate work. They are not interchangeable. The Practice page covers each in detail.
Which one should I start with?
For most people, Attune Micro. It establishes the practice and is the lowest-stakes entry point. If your interest is specifically therapeutic depth or couples work, Ascend or Uplift are appropriate primary choices, but read the protocol pages first.
Will I feel anything?
Attune Micro is sub-perceptual by design. You may notice subtle shifts (clearer mornings, less reactivity) but no recreational effect. Ascend and Uplift are perceptual and follow a different protocol.
How long until I notice anything?
Subtle shifts within the first week of consistent every-other-day use of Attune Micro. Deeper benefits compound over 2–4 weeks. If you're not noticing anything by week three, increase to two capsules per dose-day.
Can I take Attune with my medications?
If you take SSRIs, SNRIs, MAOIs, lithium, or other psychiatric medications, talk to your prescriber before starting. Same for blood thinners and immunosuppressants. Attune is not intended to replace medical treatment.
Is it safe to take every day?
Attune Micro is formulated for an every-other-day protocol with built-in rest days. Daily-dosing is not the protocol and we don't recommend it. Macro products (Ascend, Uplift) are once-every-4-to-8-weeks at most.
Are there side effects?
Most people tolerate Attune Micro well. Some report mild stomach sensitivity in the first week (resolves on its own). Reduce to half-dose or take with food if it persists. For Ascend and Uplift, side effects are protocol-related and discussed on the product pages.
Pregnant or nursing?
We do not recommend Attune during pregnancy or while nursing. There is no clinical research supporting safety in either case.
How discreet is the packaging?
Plain unbranded outer packaging with no mention of Attune or its contents. Return address is a generic mailing service. Privacy is part of the product.
How long does shipping take?
Domestic orders ship within 1 to 2 business days, delivery in 3 to 5 days via tracked mail. International orders take 7 to 14 business days. Free domestic shipping on orders over $200. International shipping is a flat $55.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, with a few country exclusions based on import regulations. Customs/import duties are the buyer's responsibility. See the Shipping & Returns page for the current excluded country list.
What if I'm not satisfied?
Take Attune Micro for 90 days on the protocol. If you don't notice steady mood, easier focus, or a clearer sense of yourself, email us for a full refund. No bottle return required.
What if I don't feel anything?
Day 1 is usually quiet. Week 1 is when small things start to change. Week 4 is when it becomes part of who you are. If you're at week 3 with nothing, increase to two capsules per dose-day. If you're at 30 days with nothing, the satisfaction guarantee covers a refund.
