What we collect, what we don't, and what we do with it. In plain English.
The short version
We collect what we need to ship your order and keep your account working. We do not sell your data. We do not run third-party tracking pixels. We do not share your contact info with anyone you didn't authorize.
If you ever want to know what we have, or want it deleted, email info@attuneprivate.com and we will respond within seven days.
Who controls your data
Attune Journeys (trading as Attune) is the data controller for attuneprivate.com and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. For any privacy request, including access, correction, export, or deletion, contact info@attuneprivate.com. We respond within seven days.
We operate from the State of Florida, United States. If you are contacting us from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States.
What we collect
When you place an order
- Your name and shipping address (so we can ship the order)
- Your email address (for order confirmations, shipping updates, and Companion access)
- Your phone number, only if you provide it (rarely required, used for shipping issues)
- Payment information, processed by our payment processor (we never store full card numbers)
When you create an account
- Your email address (for login)
- A password, hashed and salted (we cannot read it)
- Optional: shipping address(es) saved for faster checkout
When you use the site
- Aggregate visit data via privacy-respecting analytics (no individual tracking, no cross-site profiles)
- Standard server logs (IP, user agent, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention only
What we don't collect
- We do not run Facebook Pixel, Google retargeting, TikTok pixel, or other ad-network trackers
- We do not buy, rent, or trade email lists
- We do not analyze your Companion conversations across users
- We do not collect health data, medical history, or diagnostic information
How we use what we have
- To fulfill your order and provide customer support
- To send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates, account-related notices)
- To send the occasional product update if you've opted in to the newsletter (never more than monthly)
- To meet legal obligations (tax records, age verification where required)
Who we share with
The smallest possible list:
- Our payment processor (to process payment)
- Our shipping carriers (to deliver orders)
- Our email provider (to send transactional emails)
- Government agencies, only when legally required
No data brokers, no marketing partners, no "trusted third parties" you've never heard of.
Cookies
We use a small number of strictly-necessary cookies for: login session state, cart contents, and basic security (CSRF protection). We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can:
- Request a copy of all data we hold about you (response within 7 days)
- Request deletion of your account and associated data (response within 14 days, except for records required by tax/financial law)
- Correct or update your account info at any time
- Unsubscribe from any marketing email with one click
Security
We host on a hardened private server. Connections are encrypted (TLS 1.3). Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. Payment information is processed by PCI-DSS Level 1 certified providers. We do not store payment card numbers on our servers.
Children
Attune is not intended for anyone under 21. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn we have, we delete it immediately.
Updates
If we change this policy, we update the "last updated" date at the top and post a notice on the homepage for 30 days. Material changes that affect existing customers will be emailed.
