Free on orders over $200. Otherwise a $11 flat rate. Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days; delivery in 3 to 5 days via tracked priority mail. Plain outer packaging, no Attune branding visible.
International shipping
A $55 flat rate. Delivery 7 to 14 business days, tracked, discreet. Customs and import duties are the buyer's responsibility. We exclude shipment to countries where import is restricted by law.

Every order ships in plain outer packaging. The return address uses a generic mailing service. Nothing on the exterior identifies the brand or the contents. Privacy is part of the product.
Tracked & insured
All orders include tracking. If an order goes missing in transit, contact us and we replace it at no cost. We do not require photo evidence or police reports for lost-in-transit items.

Returns on other products
Returns on Ascend Macro, Uplift, the Bundle, and subsequent orders are accepted for unopened bottles within 30 days of delivery. Email us first to receive a return label. Refund processed when the package is scanned in transit.
Subscription cancellations
You can pause, skip a shipment, change how often it ships, or cancel any active subscription at any time from your account, no questions. If a subscription order has already shipped before you cancel, the 90-day Attune Micro satisfaction guarantee on your first order still applies.
Damaged or wrong items
If you receive a damaged bottle or the wrong product, email info@attuneprivate.com with a photo. We replace immediately, no return required.
What we can't refund
Subscription shipments delivered more than 90 days ago. Opened Ascend Macro, Uplift, or Bundle items past 30 days. International shipments where customs has confiscated the package due to local import restrictions.
