Who we are
Attune Journeys (trading as Attune, attuneprivate.com) is the publisher of attuneprivate.com and the seller of the Attune product line (Attune Micro, Ascend Macro, Uplift, and the Attune Bundle). By using this site or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase Attune products. By placing an order, you confirm you meet this age requirement. We may verify age at any point.
Products
Attune products are dietary supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements made on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
If you are pregnant, nursing, taking psychiatric medications (SSRIs, SNRIs, MAOIs, lithium), or have any health condition, consult your healthcare provider before using Attune products.
Orders & payment
Prices are in USD. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed. Order acceptance happens when payment is confirmed and the order ships. We may decline or cancel orders at our discretion (suspicion of fraud, restricted shipping destinations, age verification failures, etc.).
Shipping & returns
Shipping policies and return procedures are documented on the Shipping & Returns page and are incorporated into these terms by reference. The 90-day satisfaction guarantee on Attune Micro is documented there.
Subscriptions
Attune Micro subscription orders ship and bill every 8 weeks. You can pause, skip a shipment, change how often it ships, or cancel from your account at any time. Cancellations apply to future shipments. Orders already shipped are not refunded except under the 90-day satisfaction guarantee or for damaged goods.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses caused by failure to protect your password.
Acceptable use
Don't use the site to: scrape data at scale, attempt to circumvent rate limits, exploit security vulnerabilities, impersonate others, or break applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual property
All site content (copy, design, photography, the Attune wordmark) is owned by Attune or licensed for our use. You may share excerpts and link to pages, but commercial reproduction requires written permission.
Disclaimers
The site and the products are provided "as is." We do our best to ensure accuracy and quality but make no warranties beyond those required by law in your jurisdiction. Attune products are dietary supplements, not medications, and should not be treated as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the site or products is limited to the amount you paid us for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or a purchase will first be raised with us directly at info@attuneprivate.com so we can attempt to resolve it informally. If that fails, the dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, seated in Florida, where permitted by law; otherwise by the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you and Attune Journeys consent to that venue.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the homepage for 30 days and emailed to active customers. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
